A 51,000 square foot mixed use project acquired from Newhall Land and Farming in 2001. At acquisition the property was 78% occupied and included a vacant 28,000 square foot piece of vacant land. The land was subsequently ground leased to 7-Eleven/Citgo Gas, and the property leased to 100% occupancy and refinanced for a long term hold at a value of $15 million in 2004.
