The Principals of Kensington Real Estate Group, Patrick Galentine and Chris Hite, CSM, have owned or represented over 200 million square feet of commercial property throughout the western United States. Mr. Galentine is presently on the Advisory Board of the Orange County Chapter of BOMA, and is a past Southern California Operations Chairman for the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Hite is active in a wide variety of industry associations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers and BOMA.
